Habits is a personal tracking service for adults. Keep your account secure and only submit records you are entitled to process.

Subscriptions

Free includes up to two active habits. Premium includes unlimited habits for $3.99 USD per month or $35.88 USD per year ($2.99 per month billed annually), tax inclusive where applicable. Checkout confirms the recurring charge. Cancel through Settings to stop renewal; Premium continues until the paid period ends. After expiry, archive extra habits to continue on Free. Saved history, export and deletion remain available.

Service limits

Streaks reflect recorded check-ins on scheduled days. They are not evidence of activity that was not logged. The product does not provide reminders, treatment or professional coaching. Provider availability and ChatGPT features may vary.

Your records

You can correct, export and delete your data. Please report billing or service errors through the support contact. Refunds and consumer rights are governed by applicable law; these terms do not limit mandatory statutory rights.
